Quick service, large portions and decent Chinese dishes for the university campus. Wished they accept meal plan or some kind of student convenience for more than 90% of the customers here are students and their visiting friends and families. Otherwise usually no wait due to a lot of seating.

Came here mid afternoon after an appointment and we found the place to be very pleasant and clean. Ordered a couple dim sum items and a noodle in soup. The price point was a little high, but the food was decent. We were fortunate to recognize one of the servers who remembered us when working at another restaurant. She offered us complimentary house soup and dessert which rounded out the meal. They are a franchise, so everything is pretty standard according to Neptune Food Group.

I walk by this place all the time and it's often quite busy, got the beef & green onion HotPot with a side of rice ... excellent.Meat was very tender and full of flavour.

Been to so many Neptune Chinese Kitchen and by far, this branch is better than most of them. That means the ambience and may befood too?? We only ordered one dishand we both think that the crab with fried rice was quite good. The whole crab was frssh and the fried rice so fluffy and covered in fried shaved garlic and lots of dry red seeded chili.So that's the three stars for and service was sufficient.

Some dishes are good like the wide flat fried beef rice noodles and the deep fried chicken wings were good. Other dishes are just ok. The battered fish was deep fried really well, but the corn & egg drop sauce was rather bland and tasteless. Service was not the greatest either with the service staff often gathering in groups to chat so patrons had to call out to them to get service. All-in-all, convenient location and ok food.

Mediocre food for expensive price. The portions are big though like one noodle can fill two people and its around $20. If you're getting something, get the stir-fried flat rice with beef in soy sauce special. It was pretty oily but one of the better items on the menu. The shanghai noodle was super salty and did not taste like shanghai noodles at all. There was soy sauce dripping at the bottom. The atmosphere and servers are nice but doesn't taste like authentic Chinese food.

Lots of bone chunks, fragments and disgusting chicken skin in my large congee order. Quality is more than subpar at ~$22 and unacceptable.This picture shows the amount of jagged bits in just a few spoonfuls. Choking hazard... could not consume

Terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was awful, the service was slow, and the waitress was rude. She insisted that we had to pay a 20% tip, even though we were not satisfied with the quality of the food or the service. She said that it was mandatory and that we had no choice. She was very aggressive and disrespectful, and she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is unacceptable. I will never come back to this restaurant, and I advise everyone to avoid it. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. 早点倒闭

I stayed in Malaysia for 8years before and have many of experiences about Asian food.I can say this place’s food and service were pretty good but the Chicken Rice was too dangerous! The chicken bone was broken by cutting.Those sharp bones are mixed on the rice. Especially, the chicken bone is very sharp. Dimsum was good and reasonable price. One more thing.. the menu is pretty hard to understand if it first time to try.
