Canadian Auto Parts Suppliers

Phoned to get a quote on a few parts, was told that one of the parts was at the warehouse but could be there in approximately 1.5hrs, when I arrived to purchase my parts and supplies everything was waiting at the front counter and I was served quickly and on my way. Great bunch of folks.

Absolutely one of my favorite parts stores. Tyler has always been great in providing top notch customer service and getting anything I need. He even charged my phone for me.

All good. Needed a small piece, was asked if I called ahead. I didn't and should have as I just assumed they have every part in stock for every vehicle ever made. Surprise! They don't. My fault there. They had trouble finding the piece (flasher relay), but ended up finding the piece for me somewhere else/location. It was delivered in less then an hour.Two small issues: told me the piece would be $39, but I guess that was a slight slip or he had to get a different/generic brand as when time to pay it was $49. And my car is a 4 cylinder Honda Accord, mid 2000s. Pretty common. Was told that if it was the wrong piece (I would only know after installation) I wouldn't be able to return in any way shape or form, even if it was a minute after purchase (just a plug in installation) and with receipt. This kinda bugged me. It's an extremely common car, I had all the info needed and even brought the old piece in for comparisons. The idea of being sold the piece by them with all information and their expertise didn't exactly leave me with confidence with the possibility of being sold the 'wrong' piece by the experts. But it did fit and work. Just didn't like the prospect of paying $49 for something they sell, felt like it wasn't standing behind their product 100%. But it fit and was all good. Friendly and quick.

I really enjoy dealing with the guys at CAPS. These guys know their stuff and make buying parts a breeze. I also want to shout out Ian because I called 5 minutes before closing and really needed a part. He waited past closing for me to show up and sold me a part I so desperately needed!

Low price, but low quality too. Rude and horrible customer service.

VERY RUDE AND ABSENCE OF HONESTY AND MANNERS.HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT.I came here to to pay for a part, and called them before coming and confirmed with them that I am coming and they stated that they are waiting for me at the shop. I drove for around 25 minutes to get there and when I arrived there was a rude guy told me that he is the boss and they are closed and not selling anymore. I told him that I called before coming and confirmed with them that I am coming and they told me that they are waiting for me. He called me a lier and that they never told me so.First, nobody appreciate to be called a lier. Second, if this is the boss and he is that rude I don't know how he managed to keep going so far. Third, I would recommend couple of customers service courses before they start interacting with clients again.Mahmoud

The Bentley Ave store is bomb! Brent ran out of the store to catch me before I left. Curtis went the extra mile to find me a part that didn't make it over from the east end warehouse. He gave two options to work with.

Probably the best place in Ottawa to purchase new auto parts. The range of quality is good, better and best. Many of their items come with a lifetime warranty and I have never found their prices to be too expensive compared with other suppliers.
