Was such a great experience! It was my very first time applying to get a car and I was kinda nervous but Colin was very friendly and made the whole process easy! Absolutely horrible customer service. I made the grave error of buying a car through Birchwood Credit. It has been nothing but headaches since. The car was a lemon. Covered in rust but was painted over so they could fool me. Within months it was coming through. I was still on the hook for the car. Oh and if you think for one minute they are reasonable if you run into financial trouble ( in my case I was laid off due to covid) lower your expectations. Unlike the banks who were allowing deferred payments, Birchwood gave nothing but attitude. I would rather pay double the interest from another dealership than ever give them another dime.

I have had a great experience with Birchwood Credit. Both Josh and Colin were very helpful in getting me a car. They even paid for my first months insurance and filled up my gas tank. I am very happy with the warranty on my vehicle as well. This is my second time buying a car and I really wish I would have gone to Birchwood the first time around.
