Best Buy

The Lethbridge store charged my debit twice $257.63 and told me the amount would come back on the card in a couple of days, this was a week ago.there is no way to call the store and I’ve tried twice to contact customer service with no results from opening a case. We live 4 hours away. I will wait until seven business days have passed and then I guess I will have no choice but to contact the RCMP and report this as a theft.

I bought a laptop and when I got home looked in the box it wasn't the correct laptop I purchased....so I go to return letting them know the problem..I just wanted the laptop I ordered/purchased. Nope the wouldn't take it back at all now I'm out $1200

After having the worst experience with visions I came to Best Buy (Lethbridge branch) for my new tv.Morgan you are a certified beautition. She went above and beyond to help us get the tv we wanted. Will continue to buy from you.

Went into the cell phone Kiosk, I believe the gentlemen's name that helped me was Cody. hands down some of the best customer service I have received. Best buy should have a better way for customers to acknowledge there staff. I hope he and his management see's this.

My brother and I went into Best Buy to buy stereo lavalier microphones. We bought one and when we got home and opened the package, it was empty. The next day we returned to mention something and get another ordered in. We decided to order two more with that one and were told that'd it'd take a few days, which was fine. After the three mics were shipped in and we picked them up we returned home to find that we got two of the three we ordered, another missing and the package damaged. Once, okay that can be excused, but twice, the second time right out of the plastic package that it came in, unbelievable. The service is great overall, their desire to help the customers was insightful and an excellent, but wasting fourth bucks on something that should have been available, that's just inconvenient and annoying.

I have faced harassment from them and a $349.00 subscription I didn’t ask for! And those people under the name of geek squad have not helped me at all. So beware and make sure your checking your accounts and watch out for these thief’s. I’ve posted a picture

So I went in to buy an asus laptop charger and the employees were nice and welcoming even directed me to where I could find what I needed. The only thing I have a problem with, is that they are saying that an Acer, HP, or Dell adapters should work on my Asus laptop. I trusted them and bought it but I realize that they don't know what they are talking about because they have different names because they aren't the same. So if a best buy employee says something will/should work don't trust them because they don't know.

There was a blonde female manager on December 28 that was absolutely rude to us when we went in to ask if they would price match another store. She threw the paper with the cost at the other store in our face and said nope I’m not doing that! They say they price match but guess what they would not. I have called head office with a complaint and hopefully they will actually do something. They have lost long time customers as we will NEVER purchase from there again!Update- Head office didn’t call but I received a call from another manager at the store. He really didn’t do much but apologize for the other manager’s rudeness. This Best Buy has ZERO people skills or help their customers. We will NEVER purchase from this store again! Medicine Hat and Calgary will be our go to.

The best store for electronics in Lethbridge. The only store in Lethbridge that i know of were you can walk in the door one minute to close and still shop for a full hour. I ordered a screen protector for my cell phone and was not happy with it. They totally made it right. They made me happy and did what was best for me. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I only bought a $40 screen protector, can you imagine how for they would go if i had brought a big screen tv. They treat every customer with respect. Will always be a BestBuy consumer. They have my loyalty for sure. The store is always clean. They have great hours. Also!! They have the best cell phone department in the city! Because there staff don't make comission. They sell all the major companies. They are very knowledgeable in everything. You can really get the best advice and services here.

Nice, clean store. Needed a USB to use as photo storage, and the sales associate was very friendly & helpful. Found a budget friendly USB and was happy with my purchase.
