Awesome Nails No. 2

Worst place I have ever gone to. I did my nails after six days it’s broken the girl who did my nails she was fine I also give her tipsbut that the product that they use is horrible. I’ll never go back on recommend anybody there.

Went today. Lady rinsed her instruments from previous client and brought it without sanitizing to work on my hands. It was I've peace of skin on it. Do not recommend and will never go back

I called their salon short notice for a full set of acrylic. They did not hesitate to assist me. The lady who did my nails (I think Lan was her name) did a really good job and she made sure that it’s perfect in shape and well polished. The price for their services are decent too! I’m really happy with my nails and will surely come back.

Had THE WORST pedicure of my entire life. The nail tech I was assigned was focused on talking with his colleagues and did not focus on making sure what he was doing was correct. The colour applied was extremely thicccck and unevenly painted. For my left foot he painted my first toe extremely pigmented and then you can see it go to a lighter and lighter shade like an ombré. I also have a natural square nail shape and purposely let my nails grow out longer so there’s more room to shape my nails correctly. The nail technician over cut my nails and somehow managed to make my nail shape a hybrid of circle and square that were cut unevenly.When I mentioned these things he tried to say it was my because my first toe on my right foot was broken. Even so, I still don’t understand how the rest of my toes nails aren’t even straight or cut evenly.I have been to this location before and had pleasant experiences so I’m extremely disappointed with how odd my pedicure turned out.

It’s so bad experience. I did gel manicure and pedicure at this store. The girl doesn’t know how to do. She did really bad job. I can do Bette Ethan her at home. The gel with bubble inside, and not even color. I never gonna come to this store anymore. One of my nail is not dry inside as well.

Really picky when it comes to getting my nails done! Moved to Richmond not long ago! Glad I found them! They were able to accommodate me last minute!

I went in for a new acrylic set and some young guy started to take off old set I had on and he cut my nail really bad it was bleeding a lot. He was willing to still do my nails I couldn’t continue with him when I questioned his training ? They didn’t charge me any money and they felt bad obviously. But I doubt all of them have actually been trained in a proper school for nail tech.

Used to go here all the time because of one lady. Now I only go if I need something done last minute like polish change. Last month I went for a pedicure and the lady kept looking over at another customer’s disabled son in a wheelchair, it was really rude.
