The Most Professional Real Estate Team in Woodstock. Upon initial consultation, Ben and Janice were well equipped with regional market data and comparables specific to the age and style of my home to benchmark the listing price. They had a clear go-to-market strategy that worked. Ben and Janice immediately had a professional photographer at my home that created a gorgeous portfolio of photographs and a video-tour of my home. No detail was overlooked in how my home was portrayed and marketed. The next day they had everything listed on the MLS and featured in KW, London and Brantford newspapers.
