Decent wine selections sent monthly that are based in Ontario, which is great for supporting local and getting to know the near by wine regions. Unfortunately, their online system is less successful in managing changes in address and credit card updates that result in missed deliveries. Poor communication around challenges including lack of information and not responding to queries resulting in my decision to find a different wine club.

I bought a subscription of 6 bottles every 3 months as a gift. The wine, I'm told from the recipient, is excellent. The customer service I have received from Marisa has been exceptional. Delivery is prompt and the price is very fair. I would highly recommend this product/service.
