Thoroughly enjoyed their services! Malik was very outgoing and had everyone participating in the games and festivities. He was able to read the mood of the room and lift it up. I recommend them for any bachelorette party.

We had 2 buttlers come for a bachelorette in Niagara Falls.They were wonderful!A great surprise to the team, they got everyone drinks, got the games going, were very energetic social and of course, easy on the eyes! Would definitely recommend.

WARNING: Customer service and administration is terrible. Here are some issues:1. There’s no indication that there’s a fee of $12.05 for PayPal. And there’s been no attempt to explain the discrepancies.2. If you need the job sheet to have a full name, then say “Client Full Name”.3. Two versions of invoices sent… first stating that there would be a minimum payment, and then the second time requiring full payment afterward.  If you need a full payment, then you should state this in your payment process because it’s confusing.4. “Payments must come from the potential client that is inquiring”.   This only came after they declined to accept the payment. It's a strange policy, as I have no idea what name you recognized but it seems that credit cards are only acceptable when it matches your email name. Name on the Job sheet doesn’t matter. As a business, you should say this upfront, and I should not have to pay any admin fees due to YOUR misguidance.  Also, this is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION as you are basing your practice on what you think names should be. You seem to think these other names" are "third parties".5. Used this service for a friend's birthday. Both butlers showed up and were full of energy, never stopping to take a break, constantly serving drinks and food, as well as entertaining party games that the butlers had organized for our event!
