Everyone needs a great Pharmacist it may save your life. Peter and crew are exceptional! Been using them since before 2009 and I am happy to say they have always been there with solutions and fantastic service. For a person with vital prescriptions it's a game changer. Saved my rump a few times. The very best in the area!

Amazing service. I didn't know that they deliver your medication to your home! Amazing to come home to it instead of adding on another errand. The delivery driver just finished his shift but my order came late and he stayed late to bring it to me. Very nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with the Medicine Shoppe for more than 10 years. The location on Thickson Road ( by the NoFrills) used to be a PharmaPlus many years ago until the Medicine Shoppe came there. As a client of the PharmaPlus, I decided to stay on with Medicine Shoppe and I do not regret it!Pete and the entire staff are most courteous and helpful. They address you by name as soon as you enter the door. This tells you that their clients are most important.They are all very knowledgeable and make your visit always worthwhile. Pick up of prescriptions are always ready when I need them.I will always recommend the Medicine Shoppe to anyone!

We went there for our first time this wkend for our 2nd Covid shot. Our first shot was done at a Shoppers DM, and was not a good experience- lots of people waiting, long lead time. The Medicine Shoppe was the complete opposite. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pharmacist was awesome- answered all questions and explained everything. Afterwards we were able to wait the 15min in leather comfortable chairs! They booked us in within 2 days, and only allowed one person per 15mins so no crowds. We will switch to them for our day to day pharmaceutical needs- highly recommend!!

Incompetent and argumentative. They shorted me a pill on my last refill and implied I was somehow trying to scam them. We're not talking narcotics or anything here. It's a prescription that would have zero street value.On top of this, they're short of stock on my next refill and claim to have no idea when replacement stock will be in. These pharmacies are allegedly independently owned and operated, yet I was told they have no one to contact at the pharmaceutical company to confirm when replacements will be coming. What a crock.

I have visited this pharmacy three times within the last month, for various prescriptions. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. The pharmacist is a nice, friendly, helpful man who explains everything carefully and thoroughly. There has never been a long wait for a prescription to be filled. They have a wide variety of medical products there such as gravol, tums, tensor bandages, gels packs, natural health products, etc. which is very handy because I live around the corner, so it's nice to know these products are available in a pinch. I will be returning frequently and recommend this shop.
