Ordered a phone case on June 16 2020 and it still hasn’t arrived. My master card was charged for it. Get no response from emails or phone messages. Not too sure this business is real.Update. October 2020Got my money back in September. Took some doing on my part. Had I did nothing there was no way this guy was sending me a refund. The guy is either dishonest or unorganized.

Ordered a mechanical keyboard on walmart's website for which these guys were the sellers. Received an invalid tracking number, tried contacting them 7 times via phone, no answer. Really didn't wanna file a charge back since this is an small independent business but they left me with no option. Looking at other reviews, it looks this is a common thing, so I'm afraid that this is a legit scam that this guy is doing rather than this just being a mistake. Please be aware and don't buy from him.

Posting this in anticipation, considering the other reviews. Tried to order a keyboard for my partner for Christmas, and was charged and had my order confirmed. However, it's been about two weeks since placing the order, and nothing has happened yet. No 'order picked'. Nothing. Tried calling but didn't even get a voicemail for a company and am completely unsure if this is even an actual contact for them. Sent an email and am waiting to hear back. Here's hoping more drastic measures don't need to be taken to get either the product or the refund.

Received my nzxt x73 aio cooler today. Took a few days for order to go out and about a week to get here by Canada post... but that's along way from bc to ontario.Seller had best price in canada for this item.Will consider doing business with this seller again.No problems with communication or tracking number.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a gaming headset through Walmart on November 13 and still haven't received it. Sent and left messages with no response. Called Walmart twice and was given the run around. Still waiting from either party to resolve this.Update Dec 14I contacted Walmart again because I had no response by my message and emails to the company and previous messages from Walmart saying I would hear back in 1 business day. Told them this is unacceptable and I am tired of the run around as it was for a birthday gift that came and went, now I want an immediate refund so I can purchase it elsewhere for Christmas. I am suppose to get my refund so we will see.

I am not one to write reviews, but this has pushed me over the line. I also am not one to publicly complain and go out of my way to make someone or a business look bad, but I want others to know what they are getting into.I purchased a keyboard 7+ days ago, and it has not even been boxed up for shipment yet, maybe I am jumping to conclusions earlier than I should, but I have never had any business take so long to simply package an order, and not answer emails regarding the issue.If an owner had told me that there are more orders than one can reasonably handle and they are going to take longer than expected to send out, I would be more than understanding. But for a product that is in stock, to not even have a shipping label printed after 7 days is mind-blowing to me. Any response to an email, or even a message on the website stating that service is currently being impacted due to whatever reason would make me more understanding, and not worry that my $200 has been taken and I receive nothing in return but a headache. My situation isn't dire but I would greatly appreciate it if I could have some kind of update because I for the time being am using a keyboard missing keys and work is becoming difficult.

I dont know what the hell happened over there, but they basically tried to scam me out of 260 bucks.I ordered a keyboard from them that was in stock. They didnt ship the item 2 weeks after i ordered it. After a week with no notification that the item shipped, i emailed in and asked if there was any problem, which they never responded to. I tried to cancel the order after that, i tried emailing, calling, and using messenger over the course of a week but they completely ghosted me until i threatened to issue a chargeback (After which they refunded me).Even after they issued me a refund, there wasnt even a hint of apology or anything resembling customer service. So thanks for wasting 2 weeks of my time, i could have ordered it from a place in america for cheaper but i saw these guys shipped faster and were Canadian so i figured i would support them. Not making that mistake again. I would have totally been cool with waiting this long if anyone *anyone at all* bothered responding to me and actually updated me on the progress of the order or explained why it takes them 2 weeks to ship an in-stock item.

Would give 0 or negative stars if I could.Ordered from their website directly and it has been almost 1 week of no shipping/process information.Tried contact fb/emails and no reply so far. Phone numbers unreachable.This is a scam company and should be flagged/marked as one

Bought a Monitor for 1500$ never received anything. They carge your debit card. No stock on this monitors. If you dont have a stock, why did you charged me. Expaecting my money back. There is no customer service to answer any questions. Phone number that is not working. There is someone responding to messenger but no info just answer with 1 word every 24 hours. Terible busness. Here is the only place for feedback. Everithing else is locked for coments.

Ordered a 400$ gaming chair through Walmart's website from them. Received a non-existing tracking number, so unable to know where my package is. Tried to call them, phone number is invalid. Tried to email them, no answer. Tried to contact them on Facebook, someone said they would look into it. 3 days later, no news. Buyers beware.
