I had a fantastic experience at Derma Secret. I received a facial and fillers with amazing results. The staff was professional, and friendly, and the facility is just gorgeous and clean. I will be back for certain! They consulted me before the procedure.Fillers were placed directly in the lines that were frustrating me.The facial was exactly what I needed before my event.I feel more confident with my appearance. I will say the procedure was painless.

My experience at Derma Secret has been amazing. Manuela is very professional and knowledgeable. Her facials are very relaxing and the results are great. This was my first time ever getting Botox (had issues with my forehead etc. and nose) but honestly had no idea what I was doing and looked up a place and found her location. The location is super convenient, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Nancy is truly amazing and made me feel super comfortable and the results are awesome. This place was great. I took my wife here to have botox for the first time. they were very welcoming and comforting. Nancy was very kind and well experienced in her work she explained to my wife how to care of her skin. On top of that my wife had a great facial with Nicole who is very knowledgeable and suggested great products to help her skin. We are extremely happy with the results. Definitely going back!

I have used Derma Secret’s services a couple of times now and have been nothing but pleased with its services. Most recently, I saw Nicole for micro needling to remove some longstanding acne scars. She did a great job explaining what she’d do during my visit, what I could expect afterward, and what I can do to achieve the best results in between visits. I’ve already made my next appointment and intend to buy a package of micro needling treatments (a great deal). I would gladly refer my family and friends to Derma Secret.

Nancy is amazing at what she does. I have recommended her to many of my friends. I have been going to Nancy since before she opened both her locations. Both are beautiful and very well kept. Nancy is honest and will tell you up front what to expect and what she recommends. She is detail oriented and can work within your budget. She always has very friendly staff who are responsive to questions and follow ups.

I get my Botox done by Nancy, and she’s amazing! She’s so fun and outgoing, but also super real with you. I’ve also had a few facials done here and my skin was so smooth afterwards. I visited today and I was quite nervous about my appointment but thankfully Nurse Nancy helped make my experience as smooth as possible. Nancy ensured that she took time to break down everything for me — prices, units, where she would be injecting, what changes I would see and how many units she intended to use.
