IT Centre - iTalkBB (*No CCTV Services Provided*)

I have iTalkBB cameras in my home but wiring very bad. I found my back yard camera is not working. I found is not connect because the wire is broken then I call iTalkBB service that I need a new wire! However, italkbb told me to buy one myself! What is the service? The ItalkBB’s cameras is so bad and after service is unbelievable! Do not try to use iTalkBB because you will regret!

Don’t ever get this security camera , not worth the money . You get the camera for free but u pay a monthly fee. The worst part is that it’s so inconvenient. Every time u loose connection to the wifi or you hv an expected power outrage u need to reset the camera . Of course it’s installed high up on a wall and is impossible to get to without a tall ladder . Last recommendation if you do decide to get the camera make sure u don’t get the cover for the camera which is extra , however makes it harder to reset as well. If you want somebody to come and assist with the trouble shooting they charge another fee of 60$. A door bell camera would definitely be a better option for a peace of mind.

Was returning their internet phone modem. But noticed they started in the Home WiFi CCTV business (on monthly plan basis). May look into that next time.
