Love this local small business!They have a wide variety of really great food for your pets. I picked up a harness today for a dog I am babysitting and one of the staff fitted it to him perfectly.They have a great selection of grain free food and treats. You'd expect to pay a lot more than a box store, but it's reasonably priced for excellent quality!While they have a lot of dog items they definitely have items for small animals, fish and cats as well. And they sell fish and aquarium supplies. It's a very diverse" store.My dog and I are lucky to have such a great business so accessable!"

Bought a pet coat here yesterday and brought it home to find out it was a size too small. No one informed me it was a final sale and there's no sign posted. Brought it back to exchange it for a coat of the proper size and after they went and checked if they had a bigger size of the same coat, realized they didn't have the same coat in a larger size (was looking at alternatives) then they told me it was a final sale so I couldn't return it. They said there were hairs on it which I can't find a single one (it was for a pup that doesn't shed, long hair), and that I should have brought my little pup in to try it on first. Wouldn't that still get hairs on the jackets? Our pups are medicated against fleas. Not sure what the difference is...

The staff at The Pet Store is very knowledgeable as well as helpful. If you are looking for something they dont have in stock they may be able to order in what it is youre looking for. They also have a feeding program for pet foods. If you have a pet definitely check this place out

I went into the store expecting to spend some money for our new puppy. I was the only customer in the store and I was not approached other than a hi on the way in and a bye on the way out. A little customer service would have earned you a customer as we don’t have a pet store in Sioux Lookout. Oh well, off to Walmart.Edit: Yes I will try your store again.
