No tiren su dinero, lleve dos iPhone 11 y 12 pro max con problemas de pantallas, ambas fallaron al mes de uso , te dicen que el problema fue que lo golpeaste o que algo le hiciste, por lo que la garantía no se aplica !! aparte de la prepotencia de la que atiende, la lleve a un centro de servicio y me dijeron que las pantallas son de malísima calidad, que no usaron las herramientas correctas porque lastimaron los componentes y que faltaban unos componentes, al final siguen teniendo las costumbres anteriores vender mala calidad y no dar garantía, pero eso si , cobran como si fuera todo original. Si te quieres ahorrar 20 dlls con ellos piénsalo porque después tendrás que pagar el doble!

Quick efficient service at a good price

This review is in response to the 2 reviews from 4 weeks previous by Theodore and Sarah. --> I'm pretty sure that Sarah only had issues because Theo fumbled her phone. Although I understand how Sarah would feel the way she does. I've never seen such a busy place in the industry. These guys have so much business that I've always had to wait around even though i show up after the official closing time" being 3 other people. The main guy seems way too busy while his crew seems to be way too relaxed. It's a weird contrast and it can't help customer service.But I have nothing to complain about

Their phones are too expensive compared to other stores. As I was in a hurry, I didn't had time to check other stores. I bought a used Samsung Galaxy S7 for $260 while every other stores stores are selling brand new Galaxy S7 for $250. I don't know about their repair service, but I definitely don't recommend buying a phone at this place.

WHAT REPAIR SERVICE???I found they were very friendly and helpful, but then they didn't fix my screen properly. I cannot make a phonecall with my phone now. And when I call over messenger, I can't hang up. And when I answer phone calls, I can't hang up either.So, after I went back, they told me the first time, that they were too busy and to come back some other day. And somehow, I don't know how but somehow, while in my purse, that same day, the screen cracks, but it keeps working for anything else than calls.I go there again and I ask for my repair to be repaired... They tell me to go back in an hour, and it will be fixed.I have more to do that day and I can't stick around for an hour, and I have to leave. So I go back there the next day.My phone is opened up apparently. They tried to repair their repair on the cheap screen they had put on my pixel 3a and apparently they couldn't do it unless the screen was changed again. But I can't have it back just yet: it's opened. Well... Okay! So I get another day with no phone, yay!I go back *yet again* today, which is 2 days later, and now they placed their broken screen back on my phone. And they go on and explain to me that it's too risky to *open it up*... at all! because the screen is cracked.But it was opened yesterday??...What's up with you?!They did not do my repair properly when I asked them to. And bottom line, they are either bad at what they do, or they don't care about their customers,
