SureStay Plus by Best Western (Service Plus Inns and Suites)

Dining area is too small to accommodate all guests going for breakfast. There is a coffee station in the lobby but could also use a water station, can't fill up water bottles in bathroom sink because the sinks are too shallow.

This was a complete nightmare, I'm sitting here in my car which was broken into I had my credit card stolen, I payed in full when I made my reservation and they took the money out. I go to check in and they expect me to give them $250 in cash or I loose my room payment and then proceed to tell the booking company that I don't look like the type of person they want staying here, I'm wearing blue jeans Calvin Klein, dress boots and a nice shirt. Never felt so insulted

Came here for a volleyball tournament and everything was fine except for two bizarre, but not insignificant, points.They only clean your room once every three days. Ummm, pardon? Maybe not a problem for everyone, but definitely a problem for me.Second, they pre emptively put the bill on our credit card. We went to pay with debit and found out it was already charged to our credit card. Pretty sure as a customer, how I pay is my choice, but not here!

Loved it ! Not as expensive as Deerfoot right next to it ! My room was super nice, comfy & clean. I highly recommend.It comes with a free full breakfast with the best bacon I've ever tasted haha !Loved it.

Had a nice one night stay. Hotel was clean, cozy, quiet and was close to where I was working for the day. Check in was quick and easy and they let me know about the hotel amenities including the free hot breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was so so tasting but it was free and you don't see that often in this economy. I'll take what I can get! Good place to stay for work trips, looking forward to staying here again.

Stayed at the SureStay Best Western in Calgary . Very neat and clean hotel with hot and cold breakfast every morning.

We just stayed at the Service Plus location in Calgary and had an awesome stay. They went above and beyond for us and the breakfast was awesome too. Kids enjoyed it and it was perfectly situated for our reason for being in town...a Bible Quizzing Tournament at a church about 4 minutes away. Thank you so much to the staff for their courteous and generous hospitality towards me and my kids.

Loved it. Will be back. Huge rooms. Great beds. Great service. Lots of parking. Busy place. Pool, hottub . Kinda pricey but all in all its a good solid place to stay!

On October 2021 I (24yo female) went to check in here with my 2 babies and the front desk gave me a room that was already rented to an apparent long-standing customer that reserves that room frequently. My little girl ran into the room excitedly and when I saw beer and cigarettes and some man's shoes I freaked out and ran in to grab her. I saw the guy sleeping in the bed already and rushed out to get a new room. So when I checked out I told the manager and he said that he would give me %40 off of a family room and some private time in the pool for my family. I'm giving them a 1 star because they didn't fulfill that promise. I even have an email from the general manager. Scary experience plus being lied to. I'll change my review when I get what was promised. Btw for anyone curious, if you do stay there the room with the guy in it was closest to the front desk on the front side. So just facing the parking lot.
