Weeks later, they still haven't bothered to respond to a request for service made via the request form on the front page of their website. Luckily, one of their competitors responded the same day and completed the job the following day.

A rep went out right away to look at a broken washing machine and fixed the door lock. However it stopped working again so he went back and assesed it could be 2 other parts that would cost me $1400. My partner decided to look at the washer after the second assessment and finagled with some part near the door lock and it started working and hasn't been a problem since. So although it does seem like the rep assessed it properly the first time I'm upset he didn't go back and fix his faulty job from the first time and would have charged me $1400 to fix things that weren't the problem. Then I had to call a couple times to get my invoice. Overall the experience wasn't great

After a long and frustrating journey to repair my Ultraline oven, Gord's Appliance came in the day after we connected by phone. The technician quickly fixed the issue and tested the repair, checked for any gas leaks, and advised me to return the part that I had been advised by ATCO was needed. I can't recommend these experts highly enough. If you have a Viking or Ultraline oven in need of repair, don't waste your time with others, just call Gord.

I had a repairman come to look at my dishwasher. He told me my dishwasher is bad quality and there is nothing wrong with it than he can fix. He was at my house for 5 minutes and charged me $200. This is an absurd price for less than 5 minutes of work and having done nothing to my dishwasher. He told me that a good dishwasher is upwards of $1,500. As someone who does not have a lot of money, this is extremely expensive and this was $200 I could've put towards a new dishwasher. I can't believe that 5 minutes with no repairs done could cost $200 and am wondering how much it would've cost me if he had actually had to repair anything. Please look elsewhere for appliance assistance.

Cody from Gord’s Appliance was amazing to deal with. We had a dishwasher that required repair and she showed up to the appointment on time - also calling to confirm it before hand. While on site she was thorough in checking for any defect, explaining the reasoning behind why we experienced the issue and was meticulous in how she kept our home clean while she worked. After ordering our parts and returning to our home, we experienced the same level of service on her second visit. She double checked her work to ensure the repair was complete and you could see her passion for her trade. I would highly recommend Cody and will definitely Use Gord’s Appliance again when the need arises.

Our washing machine was having random issues and finally decided to get it serviced. Arnold was great, handled what was a few issues in the machine really well and got the replacement part in hand and installed within 24 hours. The machine is working great. Super happy!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Gord repaired my Wolf dual fuel range. Will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a repair.
