Danny's back and making the store what it used to be. I actually stopped going in this store after Melina sold it as I found it to have lost it's understanding of the customer and in particular of the soccer player. Now the store is coming back, looking better and becoming the Macey's we all new and loved. The review will be bumped to 4 stars once the stores interior is cleaned up :)

Just opened my soccer kit, brand new white shirt has multiple coffee stains on the back. Not impressed at all with the quality.

Absolutely terrible service! I purchased a pair of rugby boots and after one game the boots came apart. I went the day after to return them expecting to get my money back, since the boots were defective which the owner admitted. Instead even after 20 minutes of arguing he refused to return my money and only offered a store credit. The store had nothing in stock which I wanted and yet due to the ridiculous store policy (which I will mention was not explained to me at the time of purchase) I then had to purchase things which I did not want. I spent hundreds of dollars a year there and this is the service I get when I need to return something which was defective. I will never be returning to this store and will be telling my team to never purchase anything from them as well.

Limited sizing available but great store with great prices. Love that they have sporting brands specific to unique sports like rugby. Great and friendly staff 3/5 only because of limited sizing otherwise great store.
