A business we are lucky to have in Peachland. Not only is the customer service at the counter and in the store excellent, the owners are lovely people. Today I had my very grumpy cat groomed by Celia, she was exceedingly kind, patient and super fast! If I were her I would have likely quit half way through, but she persevered and he looks great. I am so sorry for his behaviour, but I sure so appreciate your hard work and perseverance!

Great place to wash your pet, big or small. My guy got into some dead fish and we were excepted with his smell.The experience was great and owners are awesome.

All the employees at this store are so amazing. Cam in particular took the time to notice my urgency when I rushed to their store on remembrance day to get a more comfortable cone for my GSD puppy after getting him fixed. They hadn't quite opened for the day but instead of turning me away he came out of the store to let me know they'd see me early because it looked like I needed it. He helped me pick out the appropriate product and was very friendly and informative. I will return here and give them more business based on this interaction alone! Keep it up guys!

Friendly, helpful and clean with the feeling of meeting friends at the corner store. My dog doesn't know where else she is suspose to go for me to get the job done or a special treat at the spa. Way to go Shelby (groomer) and the rest of the staff!

The best groomer ever! My senior dog needs a patient groomer because she is deaf and nervous. The lady who groomed her was so kind and did an amazing job despite the fact that my dog is not easy. I’m so happy to have found her. Highly recommend.

Cam and Debra provide amazing customer service every time we’re here. They know our pup by name and continually work with us on trying to find the best diet for him.This location has an awesome selection of food and treats and great hours too. Thank you!

Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. I was looking for a specific brand of dog food and their other branch asked the staff to put one aside for me, the next I went and the package was ready for me. They have a great selection of everything! Also they have a big dog wash area.
