Port Carmen Marina

Amazing, amazing, customer service. We rented an Aluminum fishing boat for 5 days that was basically brand new motor and body, completely problem free. We got hit with some rain and they accommodated flexibility in pickup/drop-off times to ensure we could get the most out of our rental. If you're in the area and need a rental I couldn't imagine a better experience. Thanks again to the staff!

Brought my boat in to get a cooling impeller installed and to check for a leak, I was told it would take about two weeks to get fixed. I checked in with them on the status just before two weeks was up and after many phone calls not being answered or returned they finally answered and told me that they have to order the parts. After another few weeks they said the parts are still on order and they are not sure on the holdup. I called around and found the part in Barrie and had it delivered to them. They installed it and charged me a fair price for install. Two hours labour . They also told me that they added a bit of sillicone to a few spots and floated the boat for a day and it seems much better.My only Issue is that they are to busy to answer the phone or return calls.When I got back to Barrie I noticed that my boat had some major scrapes and light dings on one side of it. The paint has been scraped off. I have been trying to call them for a few days with no answer to address this.The worst part is that I have bumpers on the other side which can easily be moved from side to side.I hope they see this and get back to me.And they are more carful in the future to other people’s boats

As others have stated, poor service. I don't write reviews often, but with the lack of service this marina gives their customers, I had to.As the other review stated, there is little to no communication. Waiting weeks in the prime summer months to have a repair done to my boat , after many un-returned calls, I had to stop in to the marina in person to find out they have to order parts. I don't know how long they've been waiting to order these parts, but i'm still without my boat and it's now been 5 weeks.I will now be pulling my boat out in the future and going elsewhere for service and winterizing as there are three others within a 35 minute drive. This marina needs new staff, and people that care about their customers.

The new owner Greg is amazing to deal with and made the boat rental process very easy. We had an amazing weekend, much appreciated and highly recommend.

I put my speed boat in to be repaired in 2020 it did get fixed that summer and had to pay $900.00 to rap it. Was not asked I have a boat house and they know that as they had picked it up in the spring. After only using it for a month it need to be fixed took it to them. After getting it back the bilge pump went bought a new one summer of 2021. At the beginning of August 2022 I had to put another bilge pump in then again September 1st 2022. The owner won't even reply or speak to us about this. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. NO COSTOMER SERVICE.

For the ten years I’ve had my boat it’s idled rough and stalled out constantly. Nobody’s been able to fix it until the guys at Port Carmen Marina looked at it. Whatever they did the thing runs so smooth now and no more stalling when I’m going in to dock. Excellent work guys and thank you!!!!
