Ethan and Andrea did an amazing job of getting me in a suit that fits really well. I fully expected one of them to sit and take a break since the store was empty but instead they both served me and did great job working together. Very glad I didn't order online and walked in instead(was about to order the wrong size). Though Andrea claimed she could tie a tie, it was Ethan that stepped up with solid knot. I will have to trust that Andrea can also tie a tie with the best of them.

My only star goes to Ethan for being kind and attentive.During our visit at roughly 3:15pm Sept 16 the rest of the staff was extremely unprofessional, socializing with friends instead of attending to customers. The cashier recognized a friend 3 people behind us in the cashout line and pulled them to the front, despite another employee (Ethan) pointing out we were there first. A very poor experience. I asked to leave a report for management and the employee told me the option was to leave a review on google and I couldn’t contact a manager. She did not provide her name.

My boyfriend and I went into Tip Top Tailors in Sudbury last week to pick out a suit for a wedding coming up at the end of July. While there, Luke was absolutely fantastic at sizing and finding the suit we wanted. We had to order it in the right size however, Luke was still able to process the buy the jacket get the pants for free deal, we just had to wait for the items to come in!A few days later, we received a call saying everything came in! When we went to pick it up, we realized we wanted to change the suit colour, we hadn't realized how similar the suit we had bought was to a suit my boyfriend already had. I wasn't sure how this would go since we had ordered everything already. Thankfully, Luke was working and was able to explain our transaction/situation to the Maria, the manager. She then took over our sale.We had ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES, processing the return of the first suit and the purchase of the new suit, with the same buy the jacket and get the pants for free deal. Maria ALSO went over and above by sizing my boyfriend to finish his suit with the shirt and all. Now, during our transaction at the cash, Maria was rudely interrupted twice by disrespectful customers even though she had advised them that she would help them in just a few minutes, it was clear that she was serving us already (common sense). Well no, the person behind us, after standing in line for 30s and asking Maria if she'll be long" he stormed off

Went in to buy a suit for my sisters wedding. Was greeted by Luke who knew his stuff really well. Walked out with a full suit and smile on my face! Special shout out to Jenn and mom for the emotional support! Highly recommend this place!

Last year my fiancé and I had a great experience getting him a suit. Last month however I went in to book an appointment for my fiancé and his groomsmen to all get their suits. One worker was trying to get me to leave but I waited patiently to book the appointment and the lady was very helpful, I gave her all the info for the suit I wanted and colour combos. They showed up today and no appointment was in. Thankfully it wasn’t busy so they were able to squeeze them in but I was trying to make it as easy on my fiancé as possible and he had to call me at work to get the details I had already given them a month prior.

It was quiet when we walked in, but it soon got busy. The woman working there, who was the only one working, did an amazing job!!! I believe her name is Natasha. That girl deserves a raise!! She was so kind and attentive to everyone she served. Even actually running around the store to serve customers in a timely manner. Great service, and excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

The service was excellent, and I was shown exactly what I asked for and needed. It was an important event, and time was limited to finding the right garments. I will definitely go here for all my child's clothing needs in the future!

Very happy I went. Customer service is incredible. Very kind and polite people, specifically the young lady. I needed a lot of help. Never bought a suit or anything before and I was so comfortable with the experience. Very happy i went here and my price range was meet and I also got free dress pants with what I bought. Overall very happy.
