I first saw Dr. Carew here who got me set up with progressives at a young age, which made my work infinitely easier. Since he stopped working out of this location I’ve seen Dr. Bond, and she was very reassuring today when explaining iritis.All the staff here are friendly and competent, and the opticians know their stuff. Will always happily recommend FYI!

I've seen a few eye doctors here over the years, and would honestly recommend any of them for your eyecare. The exams are thorough and the scans that they do of the eye are pretty cool. Lots of options for glasses and the referral program they have for new patients is a bonus!

I cannot emphasize more how the appointment I had at FYidoctors was a life-changing one for me. Dr. Megan Bond went above and beyond when having a test for my eye glasses, but her recommendation for lenses that would be better for my case was really life-changing. I had many appointments with Dr. Bond and team to get those lenses ready. They were all really friendly and worked very hard to get everything fit and in place, from training me on how to use the lenses to getting the correct measurements.I no doubt highly recommend FYidoctors in general and Dr. Bond in particular. It is kind of a no brainer :-)Thank you so much Dr. Bond for all what you did (and still doing) to improve my eyesight.

First visit and I will definitely be going back. Everyone was kind and friendly from when I walked in the door to when I left. Ben, Sydney and Dr. Bond were all so kind, thorough, and listened to all my questions and concerns. They spent time explaining everything to me and made sure if I had any questions they were answered. Erika and Catherine were awesome and allowed me to try on as many frames as I wanted and gave me honest opinions on how they looked. They have a HUGE selectiom to choose from. Catherine also explained all my options for purchasing new frames in a way that made me feel comfortable and that there was no pressure to purchase right away! The clinic is super clean and a really great, welcoming, environment!

While many optometry clinics can feel a little sterile, the wonderful staff at work here truly bring this place to life. With the talented care of the ever knowledgeable Dr. Bond I was sure I would be receiving the best possible care and attention here. And not only does this place specialize in the necessities of eye care but FYI Downtown manages to blow most other locations out of the water with their tastefully aware staff. Cat made finding a new pair of perfect glasses a breeze with her reassuring insight for style and mastery of the casual conversation - she even helped me find a great brunch! The clinical atmosphere transforms with a single conversation as you'll quickly come to realize you're in the hands of professionals that also treat you like an individual - a true necessity for quality care.

I went there today (Jan 26th 2023) for my first eye exam since 2019. My vision had gotten worse and I thought I needed a new prescription. The staff and optometrist were the nicest people I have ever met and it was super easy to talk about my eye problems. When I chose a pair of frames, the women helping me was very sweet and very understanding about my price range. We found a pair similar in style to my old ones that were definitely affordable! Thanks to the team for a great experience!!

This was my first time at FYI but it won't be my.last great service DR.allison and her assistant Megan were very helpful and friendly. I highly recomment this place. I see why people choose FYI.

The front desk was fine, but that's where it fell apart. The next person I spoke to quoted me $410 for replacement lenses in my non-prescription $150 Bonlook sunglasses. What a racket.

Dr. Scott is my eye doctor and she is absolutely fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone! Today she went above and beyond for us though; we had a bit of an emergency and Dr. Scott amazingly was able to make room in her schedule and squeezed my Dad in for an appointment and evaluation! Just another reason why this is such an incredible place to go. This will now be my Dad’s new eye doctor as well, she is so professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again!
