I've sold various properties and had different agents, but Darin is in a class by himself! I will always use Darin for any transaction we can work on together. What sets him apart is his dedication/work ethic and his contacts. We needed to stage our home, he had companies to recommend. We needed small maintenance jobs done, he knew who could do it. Darin, Adam and Hayley - what a great team for our first home purchase during a really tough time ; both economic and personal. Darin started off the process by educating us about the kind of market we were entering and making sure our priorities were clear to them. Adam took over and helped us explore a lot of homes and had unbiased opinions. I was very pleased with the services of Darin Germyn. I interviewed 4 realtors and shortlisted 3. Darin's proposal came out on top against stiff competition. I was not disappointed.
