Dunbar Cycles
A special ordered was placed for a helmet, it wasn’t available in store. I was given 1-2 weeks to get it. I paid in full at that time. I checked in at the 1 week mark and was told it’s on its way. At the 2 week mark I checked in again because I hadn’t heard from them, I was told it had only been ordered the day prior. Now I have to wait an additional 2 weeks.I’m still waiting for it.No acknowledgment or empathy from Dunbar that it’s an obvious mistake on their part. Definitely not an acceptable service standard.Beware and keep this in mind when doing business with Dunbar Cycles.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, happy to walk you through your bike (regardless of whether it was purchased there) the service team do a great job and will walk you through any repairs or maintenance they've done and always give multiple options to fit your price point. Highly recommend them, looking forward to checking out their new shop today!

Always very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve had a few misadventures with getting repairs done here (forgetting to put brake pads in after bleeding brake, stripping cassette spline ring when moving it to my new wheel and not mentioning it) but they always offer great customer service in the end. All said and done this is the best mountain bike shop on this side of the bridge!

Came here today because I was having an issue with my tire valve and Sean who I spoke to was so helpful! Not only did he show me how to fix the problem on my own but he gave me a small tool as well so that I could next time it happens.I sometimes feel intimidated going into bike shops because I’m still learning how to maintain and fix things on my own so it was really nice to have someone be so kind and approachable about it.Really appreciated, I’ll come back here anytime I need something done!

This shop recently moved toy neighborhood but I have been shopping with them for years. The fact that they are now my local bike shop makese very happy! I've always gotten great advice a support from both the sales staff and the mechanics (extra big shout out to Sean who goes out of his way to provide amazing service). They have a good selection of gear and bikes, have sales pretty regularly and know their stuff.

A really great bike shop. Dunbar has been around for quite time and there is good reason for that. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. They treat you the same whether you're an experienced cyclist a or someone new to the sport. A trait that is seriously lacking in some other places. I've had occasions where I've been in a jam requiring a quick fix and they have gone out of there way to accommodate meI've had a couple of wheels built by them and they have been far superior to others I've had built by some other bike shops. Same for other work I've had done. They also have regular sales and you can often get great bargains on good gear.Can't recommend them enough.

My partner and I went in looking for a bike for them and literally everyone at the store could not have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with. We ended up getting exactly what we needed/wanted without having to deal with overly an pushy sales team or being overwhelmed by information. Stupendously happy with the experience.
