Not a whole lot of selection, and a sleazy salesman that threw me off. Plus, they need to do something about those girls at the cash. Hire someone nice and happy, and not depressed and cranky! Some people can't appreciate that they have a job!

We just had 8 windows and a door replaced and some other minor exterior work done. The workers were great and respectful in the house and very friendly. They did a good job and were very considerate because they had to contend with working around me (as I work from home).But the real star of the show was Mike from the Sales team. He was so thorough with our quotes and provided excellent service. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and provided some of the best customer service. He even stopped by at the end of the job to make sure all was good and thank us for the business. I can't say enough good things about him!

They have a great variety of products for diyers contractors and trades. Lumber yard out back. Only issue is they are not up to date with current tools and arent very knowledgeable about the items they sell.

I ordered windows back in May and put down a significant deposit, thinking they’d be in for the summer. I was told to expect them in August. It is now Thanksgiving weekend. No windows! Every time I try to inquire I’m told that they have to wait to see what’s on the truck each time a delivery comes in! They can’t track my order? Can’t contact the supplier? What stage of production are they in? Or are they sitting forgotten, in a corner somewhere? Becoming very frustrated!!

Soo Mill is the place to go for all things construction. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and lots of inventory. In these strange times we call COVID, theres not much we can do about lumber prices (supply vs demand scenario), but you can be assured, Soo Mill will have competitive prices with any retailer in the area. A worthwhile stop if you're building!
