I am building an off-grid cottage and am requiring a solar power system with battery storage. I walked into the store and was greeted by a woman who I told my plan. She then indicated that if it was not less than $35,000, they would not be interested. I told her that I was just here to source some parts and see what equipment they had and she told me they don't that. I was amazed by the rudeness and the unwillingness to help.I have been designing power system for over 20 years(from 4kW to 4,000MW) using energy storage and inverters as an electrical engineer and all I was looking for was some parts to build my system. They seemed to have a good selection of equipment, but not willing to sell any!

Went today looking to buy some items for my DIY solar system for my trailer. The staff there was very helpful, friendly and steered me in the right direction. Lots of excellent products and advice! Very impressed with their all in one charge controller and battery box. Definitely going back to upgrade my off road system!
