My dad told me to bring my car to Larry for the troubles I had with my car. After 15 minutes of looking into the problem, Larry pinpoint the problem, showed me where the problem was, and took him an hour to fix and replace the parts. I have been going back to him ever since. Good service and the most important part is the honesty.

Autosmart was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to Niagara Region. I have never gone to another mechanic since 2010. I will bombard Larry with questions every time I see him. I am happy with the service, price and quality of work. Highly recommendable.

I would give 100 stars if it was possible. The owners/ staff are always approachable and friendly, and very transparent with their work. Everytime I've had work done at the shop they tell me exactly what they need to do to fix the concern and let me know if there's anything in the future that I should be aware of. Their prices are always incredible and priced lower than many other automechanics. Since having work done here I've never considered anyone else and I recommend all of my family and friends to get their cars done here. If you're not coming here you're getting scammed.

Teresa the front desk lady is great, very nice, super helpful too. Mechanics are pretty efficient and will let you know if there was an unseen issue and tell you your options for it, once again great people I highly recommend this shop.

Larry is honest and forthcoming about all that is going on with my vehicle. I put a lot of Kms on it and it's old so he tells me what is necessary and keeps me up to date on what's happening while he's fixing it.I have had a lot of mechanics in many different cities but I find Larry to be the most thorough and honest!!

I took my car here and they charged me $400 and nothing was fixed. I still have a slow leak in my tire, I don't think they even took the tire off and revealed it.Also I still have a power steering fluid leak, not sure if he did anything but look at it and clean it.And I was told to get a new thermostat, which I paid for and had replaced (could have done it myself) and that wasn't even the problem.When I brought it to my regular mechanic (I'm from out of town) he told me my thermostat housing was cracked....I'm very disappointed and hope that no one else gets ripped off like I did.

Quick and affordable! I called and spoke with the receptionistabout my brake lines leaking and she was super friendly, got my car in quickly and had my brake lines repaired by lunch! Thank you Larry and team! You have gained a customer for life.
