Poor service, barely cleaned the bike. Did little to nothing on adjustments. Had to take it to an actual professional to get everything completed properly. Waste of money

Do Not take your bike to this shop. He ruined my front suspension using inappropriate tools and lubricants. $700 damage. If you have an entry level bike and want a cheap minor repair he may be ok but if you have anything you care about DO NOT take your bike there.

Pros: mechanically the bike works much better. He is pleasant and does the work quickly.Cons: price came to a lot more than I had been led to believe. There were lots of small items like housings that were not mentioned in verbal estimates that jacked up the bill to $210. He installed “3 yr used” brake handles without telling me they were used and charged more for them than what I could get new ones from Amazon. I thought I was getting new ones.Summary: get a written quote!! I feel cheated and won’t be back. If I had known the total cost, I would have put the money towards a new bike. Seller offered a $50 refund which brought me back to the price I thought I was going to pay. HOWEVER, he has not followed through with the refund and doesn’t respond to text messages.
