Everyone I have worked with at this company is amazing. It is hard to find a company today that excels in customer service and this company is one of the best! The installation of my furnace and ac was so smooth. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I came back to this company after having them come out to repair my previous ac years ago. The technician that came out was very upfront and honest about the repair that was needed. I knew at that point who I would be calling for all of my heating and ac needs

Deziel seems to have a great business model in the last year I have been working with them. Very professional. Love the service, and the product. Todays annual maintenance check up went great. The technician Eric, helped me understand, and walked me through the options and benefits of the schedule settings on my thermostat. Very friendly and personable. Hope to have him return for next years check up. Thank you Eric!

I am very happy with DeZiel. I found DeZiel after dealing will several other Heating and AC companies in the area. Most of the other companies have terrible customer service and take days to call you back. The summer is a busy time for ACs but I expect at least a return call eventually ! DeZiel has the best customer service team and friendly techs I have dealt with. They aren't the cheapest in town but they make up for it with great service. I just had Dillon from DeZiel out to do my annual AC maintenance and he did a great job and very politely answered all my questions. I recommend these guys !

I have been using this company since 2013 and they are absolutely the best! They fixed our ac last year days before our daughters grad party. This year we moved to Florida but still kept our house and wouldn’t you know the heat went out. Luckily we called them on a Saturday after hours and Sam drove over and diagnosed the problem and was so responsive and quick! He then drove to golden valley and secured the part we needed and drove back to Monticello and had the heater working in no time. He communicated with us every step of the way and even took my neighbors phone number so she could be there while he was. I love this company and their honesty. The people they employ are absolutely professional. I cannot say enough about Sam and he was able to offer us a service plan which pays for itself! All of this was done over the phone while I was in Florida and although it may be 80 degrees here it is not in Monticello! Sam saved us from what could have been a really bad situation! Thank you again for the best service and professionalism!

My a/c seemed to be running slowly and not keeping up with the warmer air temps outside. I called DeZiel at 5pm and they got me on the schedule for first thing the next morning! My technician Eric N was so helpful and friendly. He got my a/c up and running right away! So happy to have these guys in my corner and always available! Great service, staff and value! Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough (good things) about my experience with DeZiel. Every single employee has been amazing, the service is excellent, and the communication is top notch. We called for a new AC (ours was 18 yo and quit on us), and ended up purchasing a new AC, Furnace, and they had a special for a 50 gallon water heater. While not the most exciting investment, we decided it was for the best and have no regrets about our decision or going with DeZiel.*Sales:* I didn't feel pressured to buy more than just the original AC (even though we did), and the turnaround time from initial request for info, to Bruce (sales) coming in to talk about options, to getting us scheduled for install was SO FAST. There were no scary sales tactics/fear-mongering, and he was so respectful and thorough.*Install:* Our installation was less than 48 hours after making our decision to go with DeZiel. Amazing. The guys were great and friendly. We even had a second crew come out when their job for the day was done to help our original crew out and get us taken care of faster. We did have a small hiccup where we changed our minds right before install about having them take away the old furnace/water heater (a nonprofit dog rescue I work with asked if they could take them to put in their kennel building) and they ended up cutting the blower out by mistake, rendering it kind of useless, so they ended up taking it to scrap anyway, but I don't imagine many people want to keep their old furnace (even if it's still operational). So if you're planning on keeping anything maybe double check with the whole crew that this is their understanding.*Customer Service:* DeZiel not only registered our warranty for us, but they submitted the applicable rebates for us as well! The installation manager, Jeff, came out the day after install to check on things, make sure I understood how to use our new electro-static filter, and overall checked on our satisfaction. When we were hearing some weird noises a few days later, Jeff and another specialist, Josh, came out to help us troubleshoot the noises, make some adjustments, and did a quick eval of our return and supply venting, offering suggestions for where an adjustment might be needed, and where they weren't necessary.Overall, all employees came when they said they would, treated us with respect, and have provided a wonderful experience. We've already been passing their contact information along to family and some coworkers.

DeZiel were able to get us an appointment the same day we called in for a checkup, then were really thorough going through our issues and options. We feel very confident in the quality and value of the services they provided us.

DeZiel Heating & Air truly knows how to provide great customer service. My husband & I purchased a new HVAC system January 2023 & have been impressed by every DeZiel employee we have encountered. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient & reliable. Today Eric Noonan completed our service partner plan system check & did a fabulous job of explaining what DeZiel provides to keep our HVAC unit in proper working order. We know we can rely on DeZiel if we have any issues or concerns & that gives us great peace of mind.

Eric N came to do a yearly A/C check and was very pleasant to talk too. He listen to all of my concerns about the unit and addressed each one of them. I appreciate the fact that he was very thorough and didn't rush through the process.Thanks!Sue

Eric N. was truly the best HVAC tech I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I had a terrible experience from 2 different companies prior to calling Deziel. I had warranties with those places and paid monthly bills too. But BOTH of them failed me when I needed them most. One made me wait 10 days for an available apt. The other tried to charge over 400 bucks for a part Eric said wasn't even broken! Eric was here 5 minutes and had my system running that was previous broken for 25 days in MN heat! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable and just plain awesome:) All of the call and disbatch people were great too! Im totally sticking with Deziel from now on. THANK YOU ERIC N!!!
