The driver from John’s Towing named Mike is extremely rude and does not care nor do his job. He refused to tow my car and said he had “better things to do”. Very arrogant. Avoid at all costs, especially if you’re a lady needing a tow truck because he could care less and will leave you stranded not once but twice.

The driver was able to get my vehicle out of a ditch without damaging it. The vehicle was very heavy, unique and challenging. Nice guy also.

I got stuck on the icey ridge at the end of my daughter's drive trying to back out. A neighbourly push just didn't get me over the hump. Bailey arrived quickly, lifted up the back end of my car, pulled me out and had me on my way in no time. He was really competent, super efficient and very customer service oriented...all in the cold and rain. What a great employee! Thanks again Bailey. I can't recommend you too highly.

Today a friend of mine misjudged the distance on the driveway and went over a slight embankment. Mark from John’s towing came to the rescue! He immediately assessed the situation and determined the best approach. Within a few moments he had towed the car back onto the driveway and reassured us that no damage had been done. What a relief! I highly recommend this company and I’m very grateful.

I’ve called over 30 times and no answer with my car in the ditch. Idk why they’d say it’s 24 hours when it’s clearly not.
