TYTY NAILS Courtenay

Decided to give this nail salon a try and glad I did. I work nearby so the location is perfect. I had a gel fill and new colour applied. The nail tech was very attentive to detail and my nails look and feel like my natural nails. Will definitely make this my regular salon.

I hate to leave a bad review but I need to share my experience. Most of the staff seemed really nice and did great work but when I noticed that some of my French tips were on an angle and politely asked for them to be corrected(not redone) the person doing my nails became very defensive telling me I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was wrong to ask for what I wanted. They also refused to double coat my polish so it looked clear and streaky, when I asked for two coats they simply said no(keeping in mind the treatment is 40 dollars). In the end I was happy with my nails but left feeling upset with how I was treated and had an uncomfortable experience because of it.

I wanted to get a pedicure because I haven’t in a few years and I called seeing if they had any walk ins available and they said I could come down right then! I’m so glad I did, Denny did a fantastic job and he was super nice! The massage chairs were a bonus! Will definitely be back

I had a great experience at TYTY Nails. The staff was very friendly, and the establishment is clean. I actually commuted from Campbell River to get my nails done as I wasn’t having luck there. I will indefinitely be doing the commute for my mani/pedis. I’m so happy with my nails, the shape in absolutely perfect, they aren’t too thick or too thin, and there is tons of colour options. I highly recommend checking them out for your next mani/pedi!

Currently visiting from the mainland and decided to pamper myself at TYTY nails. The place opened about 5 weeks ago. I got the manicure pedicure package . The foot massage was fantastic, highly recomened. Honestly everything about this place is good vibes. The staff is very welcoming and the rates are reasonably priced. Tina was awesome ! 10/10 overall

This place gave myself and friend visiting from out of town the Best Service I have had here in Courtenay!! They made my friend and I such Professional Service and Workmanship, it was such a Great Experience, I will return Every Month for a Mani and Pedi!! So Friendly and Helpful with making decisions on the colours you would like, very cheerful, it was nice for them to take the time to show you the massage machine which I had Never been shown before. Just such a pleasant atmosphere and Great Experience!!! I shall Return!!! Thank You!!

Friendly staff, but not the best gell polish pedicure I've ever had. Came off in a week. Go if your looking for something short lasting.

Got an acrylic fill from here and a pedicure with my mom! My favourite nails I’ve ever had, and such friendly people. I highly recommend! I will be coming back when I visit.

Highly skilled at acrylic nails. Friendly and accomodating staff. Reasonably priced as well.
