Visited, May 25, around 10am-11am. Staff was not helpful at all, seemed she doesn't care and just watching her phone all time. I had trouble with E-Sim activation from transfer of ownership, and she told me to call customer service because she can't do anything. Still not fixed after calling customer service, agent recommended to ask help to staff from store. All she did was sold me a new e-sim card which couldn't resolve. I end up going another location and got fixed. Terrible experience.
