Fern Valley Cat Hotel

Fern Valley Cat Hotel was an exceptional experience. Michelle was a true professional and very quick to respond to any question.The space was exceptionally clean and my cat seemed to not want to leave.

My partner's fur baby LOVED his stay here. We felt so comfortable leaving him for a few days while we were out of town. Super clean with plenty of stimulation and love (Michelle knows what she's doing). Would highly recommend!

Fern Valley Cat Hotel was very helpful in getting us last minute accommodations for 2 cats. The drop off and pickup was super easy. Very clean rooms, recieved updates about how the cats were doing during the stay.Will definitely use again.

I wish I could write the same as others have commented but my experience was nothing but disappointments.I was frantically finding other places when Willow Hill was fully booked and Alley Cats didn't have the desired room. I bumped into fern Valley cat Hotel. But it utterly disappointed me. I was being pushed to fill up the documents first before even seeing the place. It wasn't a hotel like, as it was in a trailer with no natural light source and the place was crammed. I felt the cats there were crying, (I can sense it now that I have Zuko our cat for two years). On top of all these, the owner of the business I personally found was condescending and showed passive aggression. So, I couldn't have sent Zuko anyways to someone like that even if they had a good cat accommodation. I'm very sorry Michelle but I hope you can make it better.P.S: the response from the owner gives the impression that I never visited the facility. I personal visited the facility and had the interaction with the owner. I choose not to be her client. After putting my review the owner has been continually threatening me through emails and texts. It would have been better for the owner, as a business owner, to simply have apologized. Her sincere apology might have compelled me to edit or remove my review.

She sent me pictures and videos every day! I would definitely trust her again she was super sweet and I think she genuinely loves the animals :) super affordable too

I have boarded with Michelle for over 5 years, she takes the absolute best care of my animals. Wether it be medical specifics or daily care she is meticulous and professional and I never have to worry about my fur babies knowing they are in the best hands!

Very clean, spacious and safe spot for kitties who need a temporary place to stay - Michelle did a great job taking special care of my fur baby!!
