Ordered some teas as gifts and to try something new. However, it was canceled with no reason given. For a well established company, it is rather interesting that this had happened. Stay away.

It is clear they are inexperienced dealing with consumers directly and are probably better off sticking with their original business of providing hotels and chefs with tea. Order was cancelled without reason likely due to a promotional error.

Friend provided me a gift card to use on their website, their system had issues for a while and removed the gift card option. After reaching out to them, they reimplemented the gift card and now the gift card says its unusable.Spoke with their customer service and they wanted to get the personal information of the one who provided me the gift card, would not recommend associating with them as this is a privacy concern now.The gift card still shows credit available but the check out system won't accept it.

Ordered some tea after finding a promo online and had it cancelled with no reason given. Lost a bunch of potential new customers it seems from the recent reviews. Have been looking for something different than David's Tea and I guess this isn't it.

My order was cancelled 5 days after being placed without any reason given. I suspect they did not want to honour the discount code I used even though it was valid and accepted at the time of purchase online.

I am new to tea drinking and decided to try this companies tea. I cannot speak to experiences had by anyone else but I have ordered now from this company 3 times and never had a single issue with my order being canceled or changed. My order always ships really quickly and arrives on time. In terms of the tea I can honestly say I have never had a better cup of tea. So far their imperial earl grey, mountain berry and monsoon chai are my go to teas!

Placed an order here with their lunar new year promo. A few days later, they simply cancelled our order. No communication, no explanation, nothing. Several of my friends had a similar experience. They bait you with a promo they never intend to honour.

I really wanted to like this company as they are Canadian and seeming to move towards more sustainable packaging. However, like many others it seems, my order was cancelled with no explanation. They ignored me even after I emailed them asking why. I don't think this is a good way to do business. Hope they respond soon, otherwise judging from the other reviews, this is not going to go well for them in the long run.

My order was cancelled without any reason given. This was my first order and I am not pleased with the way this order was processed. Was looking forward to giving this company a try as they did have a nice selection of teas. That is my only reason for giving it two stars rather than one.

Order were cancelled without any reason like other guys. I emailed twice but still no reply. I used online promotion code and two of my friends did as well. All orders were cancelled. Very disappointed and I don’t think they will care or reply any way.
