Monashee Mews

The amazing team at the Monashee Mews cared incredibly well for my mother-in-law. I found all of the staff to be very professional, caring, and very cohesive. I especially appreciated how consistent the staff were. I noticed that at other places that there was a lot of staff turnover and that wasn’t the case at the Monashee Mews. The residents got to know their caregivers very well. I witnessed many times the caregivers treating the residents as if they were their own family.The communication between the staff, the doctors, the residents and the family members was excellent.The building is lovely and it has lovely large windows that open for fresh air and overlook the mountains.Monthly, they put out a calendar of events and activities that all the residents are encouraged to partake in. Family members are also invited to a lot of these which is lovely. Interested family members receive monthly news letters.I found that the attention to details and the personalized care they give is exceptional.I believe if it’s possible to have our loved ones with us in our homes that’s ideal. If you do need to help your loved ones, find another place to live - I highly recommend you check out The Monashee Mews.Not all assisted-living is created equal. In my experience the Monashee Mews is top notch!
