They offered me attractive package for going back to China( flight + hotel + COVID-test package ), their customer service is professional and excellent, always here to assist me with tons of questions at almost 24 hours( I was so anxious about the complicated procedures, restrictions and regulations), they are knowledgeable and professional, they always act at the best interest of customers, treat you like VIP even though you just an average customer, you can definitely count on them .

Excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly staff!! They will find the best deal/package for you (cheaper than Expedia) and help with traveling arrangement. Would definitely go to them for travel booking again! They make sure every penny I’d spend is worthy :)
