I love David’s tea and one of life’s great tragedies brought on by covid 19 was the closing of most of its stores. There was nothing as wonderful on a shopping day as my regular David’s tea stop to smell or sample the new tea and bring home my favourites. While ordering on line is just a necessity now, my heart will always long for the days where the shelves were stocked with a multitude of large glorious silver cans filled with the precious scent of delectable teas.On line shopping is for the birds.

First time going to David tea to try a healthier option instead of coffee and I was met with strong kind staff and knew very much about their products. Ended up buying some different tea’s after the help of the staff to choose what was rig he for me ! Go get informed you might be surprised what you can learn

alot of selection of great teas and matchas , they have mafcha de ceremonie its very expensive but its the real matcha from japan , dont take anything else otherwise!

Great customer service but some of the employees didn't know what to recommend me based on what I asked. Good thing the boss" was there

So many teas to choose from! I love their selection of mugs and accessories too. The staff is super nice and will take their time to help you pick something new to try after you tell them about your preferences.

I will not comeback there ever your staff is so lazy and not welcoming. I don't remember the name of the front desk person but I will remember they way he welcomed us

I'm only giving two stars because of the one guy in the store who was nice. The moment I walked in (mind you this is my first time I went to this David's tea) the lady who greeted me spoke French, which I didn't mind because I speak French too but I preferred to be serviced in English, so I replied in English and she continued to respond in French which I found to be rude, if you made the attempt to speak English and you are struggling I will reason with you and speak French instead, but when you deliberately just continue as if you didn't hear my language it's rude. So I continued on anyways, because it's the only store in the mall that I know of that sells Squish candy since the actual store closed down, and then proceeded to the cash. Even worse... She didn't make the effort to speak English either and when she looked up at me it was like she didn't want to serve me at all, every question that I asked it was like she didn't want to answer them, the slide my receipt on the counter as if she didn't care to hand it to me and I left. Honestly next time I will order the candy online, this is why I do most of my shopping online because I'm sick of disrespectful people, it's disgusting and I won't be returning here again

I’ve been shopping at David’s tea for a while now and I’ve never been more disappointed than my recent experiences there. The store used to be full of customers back then and now it couldn’t be more dead. I lost my credit card and debit card recently and went to make a purchase with cash but they did not accept cash at this store anymore. FYI COVID is over and people can lose their cards and only have one last form of payment CASH. I honestly should have left my stuff there and regret not having done so. I won’t be shopping at this location anymore for not being able to accommodate the circumstances.

I'd rather shop at a place that accepts cash. I encourage everyone else to do so as well. Not accepting cash will end up with grave consequences to our privacy. I will not be shopping anywhere that doesn't accept cash. No one should.

The variety of tea is lesser than before. The price is so high now. I guess I'm going to be looking for alternatives
