Very happy with service provided. I purchased a solar cover 3 years ago and its quality deteriorated this summer. I contacted PSC and sent pictures. They recognised the problem and credited me 60%. All of the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful and sent a replacement with free shipping in a timely manner.Very happy and will continue to do business with PSC in the future.

Not often do I receive exceptional customer service but Roger and his team from Pool Store Canada provided amazing service. They answered all of my questions promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend buying all of you pool and spa needs from Pool Store Canada.

I recently bought some hot tub cushions and the customer service was outstanding. Roger sent me a personal thank you and when I had a couple of questions - the response was clear and immediate. Nice!

I was doing a seal change on my Waterway hot tub pump and the pump was in quite poor condition, really not worth salvaging. I found the identical pump online at the PSC site for a very good price and ordered it right away on a Saturday night. On Monday it was moving and tracking showed it due to arrive the next day. Sure enough, it was waiting at the post office pickup station that night. I wired and installed it and was back in the hot tub that night with <4 days downtime. Great service, and good communications too.

Service is above and beyond what I expected. I live in Quebec and I decided to order from this store even if the shipping was a day or two longer to arrive here because I read the service was good (also my part was 15% cheaper).The service is not good, it is great. I mean if all e-commerce stores were like that, there wouldn't be any brick and mortar stores alive.Full disclosure, I am not a friend or family from the owner. I am just a costumer that found his spa parts supplies for life.

WOW... over the top customer service, I'm going to be using my experience as an example with my university students in one of their upcoming classes! Roger emailed soon after my order (which was shipped incredibly fast)... my (first) order arrived on time and exactly as described (genuine XP2 pump, new in box)... and now my latest order (topside controller) was ordered this afternoon and a few hours later it's already been shipped and picked up by Purolator. Not sure how the one reviewer here had such a bad experience, my only thought is there's a lot of similarly named (but not even comparable) companies online. On top of that, his prices are very competitive, and I'm all for supporting Canadian companies and business owners when possible, compared to a big online seller named after a river in South America... ;) If I could give Roger and Pool Store Canada 10 stars, he'd get them!

Hot tub heater and circuit board went. Couldn't find the original one, but Roger helped me find a compatible board and heater which was actually better for the same price. Needed them fairly quickly (heater died in February) so paid a little extra for rush shipping. I had a shipping confirmation in less than an hour and it made it from BC to Ontario in less than a day. Everything worked perfectly.
