Born to Ride Bicycle Mobile Services

Never been ripped off so badly in my life.Had one e-bike serviced and another ebike put together (new in box). Charged me a small fortune (more than the cost of the ebikes).A few things we noticed after the mechanic left: loose handle bars, lubricant needed/not applied, fenders not aligned (friction against wheels), among other things. Just awful. Mechanic should have gotten on the bikes and rode them to ensure everything was good. He did not.He also tried selling us things like a new seat and new wheels. Such a money grab.We feel completely robbed.Not to mention, on top of all this, I waited a long time for my appt since I had requested a Saturday appt. On the date of my Saturday appt, I received a call that they couldn’t come today because it was raining (?) and they would be there tomorrow (Sunday). They also called on Sunday to cancel and said they were too busy. A technician finally arrived on Monday. I requested a weekend appt and waited around all weekend only to end up with a Monday appt in the end. This was inconvenient for us, but we were tired of waiting, so we made an effort to make Monday work.But then when the the mechanic arrived, he acted as though we were being a huge inconvenience to him (?)Overall, it was an extremely negative experience.
