MCO has been taking great care of our children's smile over the last couple of years. The environment is welcoming, staff are courteous and respectful and everwhere is constantly cleaned. Maddie in particular is awesome, she takes the time to ensure the experience is very positive. I would highly recommend Maddie

Started treatment at the Kennedy location three weeks ago. So far my experience as been wonderful. Fast and efficient service and the staff members are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Big shout out to Madison for the referral!

Wish I had known before picking DocBraces, their hours of operation are very limited. They close at 5:15 which means my son typically needs to miss school unless the appt is between 3:45-5:15. But I basically always have to take time off work to get him there. Also, multiple times, he has needed a quick fix for a wire sticking out and it is impossible for them to squeeze him in so he will go days and days in discomfort. This location is not accommodating or helpful. Not sure about the other locations. If convenience is a factor for you at all, I recommend looking at another braces provider. Will my son’s teeth be straight at the end? Probably. But could the experience have been better? 100%.

Finished Invisalign treatment at MCO a few years ago, where Dr. Tam made a diagonal cut on my front tooth instead of a straight cut, resulting in a chunk of my tooth coming out.Both him and his aide said that they messed up" but aside from them reassuringly smiling at me saying that it was fine

Loved the service, everyone was so nice and friendly, and always did there best to make sure I was comfortable!I was so not used to seeing my teeth without braces, but in the end super happy with my experience here with staff, and my teeth!

I wouldn't recommend this Orthodontist anymore as it's become more of a factory where appointments are booked over 2 months apart and if something is done wrong, or damaged like a bracket / elastic they don't hold same-week appointments.. you have to wait a considerable amount of time. I will have to stop the referrals because I am not confident about the service anymore.

The BEST! All the staff are lovely and super welcoming! The location itself is very clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing :) kind of bitter sweet that my braces are coming off soon haha

Outstanding service, professionalism and results. We have trusted the orthodontic care of our children to Dr. Tam and his staff and have been pleased with every aspect of the service. The facilities are new and welcoming which makes it easier for our children to visit. Fully recommended.

Very disappointed that they are not accommodating at all. My son has to take time off from school to get his brace done first. Then when he finds the brace is scraping and hurting the side of his mouth and needs a quick fix, we are told that he cannot be seen after school any sooner. He will have to take time off from school again just for a 10-15 min quick fix for another day if want to be seen soon. It is very frustrated, especially this time is just a quick look and fix that why he cannot be fitted in after school the same day.
