When we started our mortgage journey, we had questionable credit, and could have easily been swept away, but Tracey and her team stayed positive and committed to the dream of home ownership. She sorted out our credit report issues and kept on top of all the changes. Although we never met in person I feel as thou she is a friend who was just as excited about us getting into a home as we were! The value added that a was beyond just the paperwork is phenomenal!!! If you want to be sure of what you are getting for a mortgage, they will let you know all the aspects of it and what is included - right from the purchase or sale of your home to the banking end of things. I would recommend Laurie Baird over any other mortgage specialist. She is patient, detailed, and really took the time to work with my husband and I. As a self employed company owner it is an obvious challenge in obtaining a mortgage and there is quite a substantial amount of paperwork involved. Not only did Laurie ask for the right things her experience in the business is what made it possible for us. She took the time to explain each part of the process and mortgage. Very similar to the other review, I was introduced to Tracy Head by my former mortgage broker, Laurie Baird. Tracy is an excellent professional. She is very knowledgeable, fast, and goes above an beyond to find the best deal for her clients. She was able to secure a renewal rate 0.5% lower than what the lender had offered me, and that was after I have already accepted the first option she showed me that was only 0.3% lower than the original rate. So, even after I had accepted the first option she kept fighting to get an even lower rate because she knew the rates were supposed to go down.
