The food wasn't bad at all. But the store's cleanliness is another story. Overall i would not recommend this place just because of how it looks inside. Service needs improvement as well.

I probably eat here 4-5 times a week. Most of the time i get the family plate. The issue i have is the inconsistency. The only two that get it right are the owners son i believe bashar and the employee abdo but lately when i come in its always a different person and they ruin it for me. I love this shop love the food very authentic but please train your new staff and please tell them to greet customers when they come in. they are very dry and it’s unwelcoming. My other issue is the tips. I never give tips on the machine because i found out your employees dont get them. Fix that and i guarantee you’l be the best shawarma in Windsor. Im gana give you another chance that’s why your still getting my 5 Star. Good Luck

Ok here we go .. this is my first time here I ate at every possible shawarma place in windsor and this place here is now top #1 spot in my opinion, I just picked up 2 chicken shawarma and this is amazing chicken shawarma by far I gotta say now the #1 spot to go get ur chicken shawarmas .. no joke the shawarmas are nice and wrapped I guarantee you nothing will fall out your sandwich everything is fresh and juice I just ordered very quickly for pick up and again very very very impressed with the food thank you again I’ll be coming here untill I get bored.
