Shout out to Nathan who resolved a problem I’d been having with my iPhone for some time. He was so friendly and helpful. He knew at once what the problem was and was able to help me fix it almost immediately. Well worth the trip in to the store.

I stopped by to get some help with my new iphone 14 and Cat was amazing! She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional; she explained everything without making me feel ridiculous for not knowing how things worked, and I just really appreciated her help! I will not doubt go to her for all my apple needs! =D

Stay away from this store.Not recommended.Bad experience with their services.Service guy vishal does not know difference between manufacturing date of device and estimated purchase date. Says my phone doesn’t qualify for repair. Apple has manufactures defects for iPhone 12. It’s on their websiteCalled apple said they should cover service.Go to Apple Store, don’t go to their reseller Jump plus useless

Had an incredible experience in store yesterday with two staff members whose names I unfortunately did not catch, but one was a blond gentleman and the other a blond woman who was a floor manager I think. I came in with an issue with my iPhone, without having purchased it there or having an appointment, and they took the time to walk me through the steps I needed to take to fix my issues. I bought a screen protector and case and they helped with both of those as well. They were kind and generous with their time and I was incredibly grateful for the experience. Case selection was top notch too!

Horrible customer service, i go there for a screen replacement that’s covered under Apple care and they take my screen protector off and refuse to fix it, then horribly re apply my screen protector and won’t help by replacing even the protector, wow thanks guys! Thumbs down

Visited the store and Carson and Cat were extremely helpful!! Approached me with nothing but smiles and I felt accepted into the store immediately. Solved all my issues in less than 5min. Highly recommend these two, best customer service I’ve ever seen in a long time. Thank you so much Carson an Cat! I will definitely be back!

Honestly, it’s always a pleasure to deal with the staff at the Georgian mall Jump+ store, friendly, personable and patient. Katrina was kind enough to help me figure out what was wrong with my iPad and help me find the proper case for an old model they don’t carry in the store. Happy to shop there.

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. I brought my apple watch in due to battery issues, was told by the lady at the desk that they do not do any watch repairs in store and that it will need to be sent out, and that she will call me back with a price.She phoned back the next day and told me that to send it out for battery replacement would be 123.99 + tax. I agreed to this price and was under the impression my device was shipped out.2 days later I received a call from jump+ telling me that they tried to fix it in house and that it is unrepairable and they would replace it for $529.99 +tax.When I returned to pick my device up as I was not paying that much to fix it, the manager informed me that; despite the email stating so, they do not replace batteries for 123.99 and that the only battery replacement they offer is 89.99, and that they never offered me this service to begin with.On top of all of this they also tried to tell me they did not have my watch. un-true information, as they suddenly found it in their system after going back and fourth for 20 minutes.After speaking with apple directly, they have informed me that none of the three prices were accurate based off of the service my watch required.Jump+ is both unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Would not recommend their services to ANYONE.The only positive was that Mackenzie (I think that was her name) was very lovely to speak with.

Please just trust me when I say they are doing the best they can, and they deserve/earned some patience.These devices we use are a critical part of our everyday life. They hold incredible value, and must be properly protected.They offer a wide array of Apple products, as well as technical hardware and software support.Please keep your data protected by completing a backup as often as possible.If you tend to damage your phone get AppleCare.
