Wise Guy Cheesesteaks

placed an order online for pick up and it showed a 15-20 min wait. As soon as the order was completed and our money was taken it changed to a 35-40 min wait. We went to pick it up and our wait time kept getting longer and finally after 1 hour it said it was ready. Went inside and our food was not there, we stood around for another 15min before someone came out and had to go get it. Food was not not good, meat tasted freezer burnt or like reheated leftovers.

For the price of each sandwich and the claim to use only the finest ingredients I am not only disappointed I wouldn’t buy again.. subway offers fresher ingredients.. the lettuce was positively rotten and brown. Gross what a waste of money. overpriced kitchen compost.

I was wary after reading all of the one-star reviews, but we had a great experience from start to finish! Order placement was made easy, and we opted for pick-up. The restaurant was great about sending text message updates with all of my order information as well as the address and time for pick-up.*Side note: this is a VIRTUAL restaurant folks. They don't have an address and phone number listed on Google because they work with couriers like DoorDash to deliver most of their goods. We have a number of similar businesses in Lethbridge.The sandwiches were packed with meat, and they gave us a very generous helping of waffle fries. All three of us got different sandwiches and all of us enjoyed them! As simplistic as The Don might seem, it's well executed, and I devoured it. There were too many waffle fries for me to finish in one sitting (love me some leftovers)!Place a pick-up order with Wise Guy to form your own opinion, because we will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.I wish I had a photo to share, but I inhaled that sammy!

Awful. No flavour at all, so dry and very little meat/cheese. It tasted like eating an old dried out bun.

I took some chance on a new restaurant for my birthday supper..I'm so sorry there are no pictures (next time I promise!) The meal was the most incredible smelling delicious..I ate half of my De Niro I thought I bit a finger lol..so well made great ingredients. The meat was so tender. I've never in my life eaten a cheesesteak like that. I also got the Gotti fries and that was another culinary experience. Perfect about of cheese sauce on crispy tender waffle fries...see you wise guys soon!

Ordered a godfather with extra cheese and no mushrooms. Came with mushrooms and no cheese. Tried to get another one made through Uber eats and they will only refund the extra cheese.No phone number to contact, no contact info to get the proper sub sent out.Pretty disappointing.

I ordered the Don last night. In the description it came with cheese. In the name of restaurant it implies cheese. I tried getting a hold of somebody last night with no luck. So I was left to eat a dried out flavorless sandwich.Could it of been better? YesDid I give them a chance to make it right? YesWill I be back? NoWill I make sure everybody knows my experience? Yes
