UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. What an awful experience with this florist. I ordered an arrangement of unscented flowers for my mother who has allergies and migraines with strong scents. When they arrived they STANK of cigarette smoke. I called the florist to report this & spoke to Morris (sp). He was defensive and told me I was confused, there was no way they smelled of smoke and told me it was impossible for cigarette smoke to linger on objects for more than 5 minutes. Ever smelled a smoker’s car, Morris? He finally told me it wasn’t their problem before hanging up the phone. Even if their products are nice, the attitude and customer service is abysmal - not worth it!! They have lost a once lifelong client✌️go elsewhere!

This will now become my favourite place in Toronto. I’m priding myself this year on loving on myself more & Jong Young Flower Market is the perfect place to go for fresh and beautiful roses. You select your own flowers and then they arrange it beautifully.

I have been buying from Jasmine and staff at Jong Young for more than a decade now, with a large weekly pickup for our office foyer. Every morning I am greeted with big smiles and Good Morning David!" which later became "Good morning

There’s a lady is rude! While my friend and I was shopping. She kept following us, telling us don’t do this and that! I was thinking to shop more just because her attitude. She lets us feel uncomfortable! Feel like she just wanna get ride off customers and get free from work as soon as possible! Although the cashier is nice! I love their flowers.

Jong Young has an exquisite variety of fresh flowers and plants. I have been going here for years and will drive from uptown to pick the most beautiful flowers. One of the team members, June, is always kind and helpful - she’s one of the reasons why we visit again and again.

I absolutely love the variety of dried flowers/stalks they have here! I was lucky enough to come across these purple Pampas grass ones! Not sure when they'll have more as they don't always receive regular inventory on them. Supply issues due to covid from what I understand when I asked. Their prices are competitive and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this little floral shop! They carry a wide assortment of flowers and orchids as well. Check them out!

Called them the day before and ordered a bouquet for my sister’s graduation. When arrived there, the bouquet wasn’t prepared and their reason was that apparently the transaction hadn’t gone through (I gave credit card info over the phone). They could simply call us because they had our number. They quickly made a bouquet right there which was not at all what I had asked for. So irresponsible and ignorant.

Moses is not the right person to be dealing with. Cost me beloved plant purchase there. For six weeks he couldn't find a slightly larger plastic pot for repotting. Kelp asking me to call back and then blew me off. So disappointed.

Would have given them 5 stars based on their work but disappointed in their service. I ordered floral arrangements for my daughters shower as well as loose flowers that we would use for bud vases. Spoke with the florist on the Friday to finalize arrangements. Agreed on a delivery time. Paid for the order on the Saturday. Come the day of the event the delivery window goes by and no flowers. I call to find out where they are and after some back and forth am told they will arrive in half an hour. Turns out they seem to have forgotten to deliver until I called. We were left scrambling and arranging the bud vases at the eleventh hour. The flowers were beautiful and we received compliments on them. If you use this place for your events stay on top of them for delivery!

I placed an order for delivery on Valentine’s Day - Feb 14. I did not get confirmation that the order was delivered, so I called in. I was told the arrangement may have been delivered to the wrong location, but they didn’t know for sure what happened (weird, but ok??). The arrangement was delivered the next day on Feb 15th and by this time the recipient was out of town. Pretty unfortunate since it was supposed to be a gift for Valentines. I spoke with Sarah and asked for a refund and have not heard back since. I’ve called multiple times and left a voicemail that has yet to be returned. Not only are they unreliable, but their customer service is terrible. I will not be back here.
