Very disappointed , trying to do business and buy a car and they will not respond to messages , they don’t answer their phone. Tried multiple days and they read the message but will not reposed. I believe their customer service is terrible and would not want to be a customer trying to get customer service for them.

We bought our company Odyssey van 4 months ago from Ram at GTA Motorsports and we already drove 20,000km on the car. 2 oil changes so far and nothing else needed. It was such an easy and fast transaction. We test drove the car, made a deposit and within a few days we got keys for it and ready to go. These guys work hard, they answer all your questions promptly and honestly. We’ll be back if we need anything again in the future. Keep up the great work.James

pending to give review for very long time. Try to avoid this place. I got my car 20 days late and dealer made all sorts of excuses. Very unprofessional. I really never had such bad experience . More over I had to spend 2000 extra on car AC which dealer had said would cost only 50 cad, very hard to believe if dealer didnt know AC issue before as he delivered car almost 20 days late. Scam, dont trust this place at all , if you have to buy from here, take your own mechanic

I bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from Nish and I was blown away by the amount of professionalism and hospitality shown to me. Nish went above and beyond for me, waiting up past store hours to sell me the car (coming from out of town), letting me take the car to the dealership and on a long 1 hour test drive with no issues. I never felt rushed or out of place, Nish is really nice to talk to, honest and transparent which is extremely important to have when making a big purchase like a car. Within a couple business days, Nish made sure the car was not only in running condition + safetied, but also that it was running like a top and covered general preventative maintenance that had nothing to do with safety. Not too mention how beautiful the car was after the professional detailing job! I appreciate how Nish and the team at GTA Motorsports Auto Sales only carry reliable cars from good model years that they could see themselves in. I’m always skeptical at first of any used dealership but the high level of service and professionalism Nish showed put my worries at ease. People, the reviews don’t lie. I had just purchased a 2013 accord coupe which required a full interior detail. I took it down to GTA Motorsports where AJ assisted me with exceptional customer service and great quality of work. The interior detail was worked with precision and care, in which the end product was better than perfect. The service was done in a time-efficient manner and the prices were great! I highly recommend them for their services.

I just recently purchased a 2006 Toyota Sienna AWD from Ram Raja at GTA Motorsports. It was a great experience - no shady dealings, everything on the table right away, including access to the Carfax report. They sell good quality cars at the right prices, and they are honest about what they're selling. I would feel confident returning for another vehicle if the need arises!They were also really helpful with saving the car for me that I was interested in - I wasn't able to make it out to test the van right away, but I didn't want to lose out on a good deal, and they were happy to let me put a refundable deposit on the car so that it wouldn't be sold before I got a chance to see it. That deposit was applied to the purchase when I decided to make it. There's a lot of shady places out there that wouldn't do the same for you - I had an experience with a different dealer a couple of years ago who tried to sell a car that I had put a $1000 down payment on, simply because it took me two days to get my insurance and bank draft in order. GTA Motorsports did no such thing - they were as good as their word and had the vehicle ready for me to drive when I arrived a week later. Also, go ahead and pay for the certification through them - it costs $600, but worth it. Ram found a few things in my vehicle that needed fixing to make certification, and that work was included in the certification price.All in all, very happy - would recommend!
