I highly recommend using Lethbridge Property Appraisal. Jim went over and above to accommodate my needs when appraising my rural property, even shoveling in when I couldn’t be there for family reasons. Not only was he professional and responsive, he took his time to break down the appraisal itself and all the information that went into making it. I sincerely appreciate the personal yet professional service that this company delivered to me and my family! Five stars aren’t enough!

Lethbridge Property Appraisal
We required a property appraisal for Trinity United Church in Fort Macleod. Our appraiser, Jim, came to the property and did a thorough inspection. We were very impressed with his knowledge of church structures and there function.He was in constant contact with us through the whole procedure guiding us with lots of advice from his years of experience. We received our report and found it to be very complete. Thanks to jim and LPA. We highly recommend them.
