Roman was our service technician. We needed warranty work on a Kitchen Aid range. Communication from the company and the technician was good. Showed up on-time and explained the scope of the work. And most importantly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Kudos

Fairway were instructed by Kitchen Aid to undertake a warranty call. Our two-year old fridge/freezer has twelve LED lights and one wasn't working and four had gone dim. Fairway phoned us to understand more about the fault then ordered the new LED lights. They replaced all twelve with new lights under warranty as all were likely to fail. The technician, Roman, had all lights replaced in 40 minutes and had made a courtesy call 20 minutes before he arrived. Great job. I recommend them for this type of warranty work. Thank you Roman and Fairway.

Terrible experience with this company. Did not fix my washing machine after coming out to the house twice. Would not return multiple phone calls/messages left. Would not recommend this company at all if you are looking to have a timely repair done. It’s been over a month and a half and I am still trying to get my machine fixed.

Some scrubby guy reeking of cigarette smoke shows up and explains the repair will require a second man to help pull the inwall oven out and that they'll be ordering an inverter module and will have to come back. Wife wasn't comfortable having them back in the house so I did the repair myself. One man, me. It didn't take a second guy to come stand around and be paid for moral support. The inverter module they said it was did not fix it, so i threw in a new magnatron and it worked. This would've been close to $1000 after this team of guys just started throwing parts at it. I was stuck with a $170 service bill from whirlpool for their visit which I simply just didn't pay. It's guys and companies like these that motivate you to just take the time and do it yourself.

Had washing machine and oven problems, came out same week and repaired both. Both needed parts but because they diagnosed on the phone before hand they had the parts, thankfully.The staff member who came out to repair was quiet but very fast. I would recommend.

We were referred to Tyler by our fridge supplier. Our ice maker broke and Tyler came within a few days to check it out. He tried to fix it the day of but ran into some issues and had to order a new ice maker. A week and half later, Tyler was back with the new ice maker. He was in and out of our house within 15 mins and now we have ice again. I would call Tyler again in the future. Thank you!
