Oakville Place Pandora service is shocking. I have been a Pandora customer for many years and have bought Pandoras all over te world. This was the worst service I have experienced. The store manager made it very clear to me that it is privately owned, but in reality customers buy a brand, we don't care who owns the store. Charlene kept on saying I must contact head offices. I am very disappointed Pandora. The service was terrible and I will rather support Swarovski Jewellery after being treated this way.

The customer service at this location is horrible! Please do not purchase anything at this location. Tiffany the manager needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and follow company rules instead of making her own rules that make no sense. Tiffany and Gaby should be trained! Buyers beware of this location!!!!!!! Do not spend your money here. Rude! Rude! Rude! Tiffany refers to herself as a manager but does not act like one. The owner of this location should invest into some training for his:her staff before they lose all their customers. The owner should also look at their google reviews and see how horrible they are and try to change! Find a new manager that would be the first step!As to Pandoras response below, first of all your replies to all the negative reviews are identical. Clearly as the owner you are not addressing the issues at your store and your continuing to lie to customers and let your employees/managers treat customers horribly! Secondly your manager Tiffany refused to give me a refund while I was in my refund/exchange period and according to Pandora’s customer service line your store should have done the return. Clearly your manager lied and tried to scam me by refusing to return the items and saying she can only offer me a store credit. You offered me a store credit but said I cant use it on any promotion products. That does not make sense. If I am getting a store credit I can use it on anything in the store. I have the email from customer service that states otherwise. We all get it you are a franchise, but again according to Pandora you have to follow the policies!

I had a pleasure of getting served by Tanesha who provided superb service on returning and exchanging a broken ring. She didn't judge me or made me feel less important because I was looking for cost effective ring. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a birthday gift for my niece. Thank you Tanesha.

Unfriendly and cold customer service. While standing in line (understandably a busy day), the store manager did not acknowledge customers in line. Even while standing directly in front her (while she allowed customers in) - which made it awkward to say the least! A little bit of friendliness goes a long way in preserving loyalty to a store. Won’t be returning to this store again.

Such a bad customer service! You feel like they’re doing you a favour by serving you. The girl with the brown log hair couldn’t be bothered any less to show me the jewelry and bragging to the other stuff member over getting $50 from Pandora employer. No smile, enthusiasm or willingness to help or show me more when there was no customers in the store.There is so many other stores to go to. I definitely won’t come back to this one!

Terrible service and support. I purchased a charm on line and picked it up at the Oakville Place location in Canada. When we got home, we were completely unhappy with the charm and decided to return it (not even close to the photo on the website). I went back to the Oakville store and was told that because it was an on line purchase they would not take it back, period, full stop. They told me to call customer care. Before I did so, I did some homework and discovered that to return on line purchased, you need a shipping label and a return questionnaire. I received neither of these things with my on line purchase because I picked it up in store. You only receive them when purchass are shipped to your home. When I called customer care, I was informed that I needed to return it to the store, as they could not create a shipping label for in store pick ups so back to the storeI went. Again, I was refused a refund and was told the best they could do was a store credit (useless to me, as I will never set foot inside a Pandora store again). I got back on a call with customer case and after talking with several friendly but unhelpful people, I finally talked to someone who would email me the shipping label. This has been the most terrible and frustrating customer experience. Pandora has a long way to go to become a serious on line retailer. As a consumer, I am going to vote with my feet and never use their on line or in-store services again.

I bought a ring and changed my mind in store 5 minutes later about the size and wanted to change the size. Was told by the manager, Tiffany that she couldn't do any returns or exchanges during boxing week but could as of January 3rd. Which is understandable if I hadn't just bought the ring and was standing in the store. The salesperson (who by the way was completely indifferent and just gave me the ring from the display case and not even a new one) had mentioned that the ring size could be exchanged and said nothing about the boxing week policy. The store manager instead of using common sense was adamant about not doing the straight exchange stating that is said so on the door. She was so rude and indifferent and kept putting it back on the owners policy" but refused to tell us who the owner is.Well we were eventually able to connect with upper management and they resolved the issue indicating that we were in the right and were embarrassed by what was happening. The store manager eventually did the exchange after upper management came down to speak to her. No apology from her just a cold indifference and complete lack of professionalism! While it was a huge inconvenience for myself and upper management

I agree with all the comments here that this pandora branch has cold and poor customer service. And I think they are not even bothered by it. To the owners of this branch - I noticed that some of your staff this weeked June 25-26 - ignores some customer, not friendly and have poor product knowledge to help a first time customer have a positive experience and return to your store and gain brand loyalty. When I came it was not even a busy time just 1-2 customers in the store with 3-4 female staff. Overall, for me It was a negative experience in this branch and I would not come back. Just some feedback to help the owners.
