We have been going there for many years for sugar bush. We love the nature walk, the demos and the talk they have in a maple sugar making shack, and their pancakes! Go early as it gets crowded.

Don’t repent by not going to this place. One of the best place near Vaughan and Wood bridge for treking and enjoying the deep dark forest. You will find the pine forest, the maple forest and wet land area along the side of the River. Just go to the place and forget the time. There are lot of things you can enjoy doing here.

A stunning beautiful warm day (20+) autumn day for a quick hike through the maples and forest at Kortright. Visit led the trail and recall taking our kids during the maple syrup festive over 2 decades ago. Great place to check out the different mushrooms during the fall. Planning on visiting the next couple of weekends to check the other trails and admire the fall colors.

Such a beautiful place! We went during a weekday and it wasn't busy - mind you, they close early at 4pm. There are public washrooms in the main building; you have to wear your mask and social distance there, but can take off your mask outdoors. Grab a map and choose your route depending on how much time you have. Lots of green, open field areas, hiking paths, swamps, little zoo area with goats and chickens (what we were able to see). Loads of frogs and dragonflies at the swamps. Make sure you go down the beautiful forested pathway! We did a nature scavenger hunt with the kids - they had a blast! Will be visiting again for sure!
