Excellent service. Got 4 keys duplicated in less than 10 minutes all for a reasonable price. I had a special key for a padlock that couldn't be duplicated at a Home Hardware so I decided to come here. The woman that helped me was super friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to copy keys!

Raymond is an industry professional and amazing at what he does. Always had been my go to locksmith! Reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

I was looking for a multi Tec key and left a message about looking for the key. I did not expect a response but I was so surprised when Raymond from super key called me back and left message about where I can find a locksmith who provides this brand. He even left me a text when I could not pick up his callThis is amazing customer service ! Most people won’t even bother when they do not provide the serviceRaymond shared another locksmith who provides this brand . I wish all the merchants are this as helpful as superkeyI will definitely go there for service in the future !

Had a mailbox key that I wanted cut but both Canadian Tire and Home Depot did not have the same template. Was suggested to go to this Super Key place by the sales at Home Depot. The service was very quick. She already recognized it as a mailbox key as I was taking it off the ring and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. It was cheaper than other keys I cut at Canadian Tire and I didn't need to search for an associate to help me. She even gave me a small key ring and a stamped receipt so if there were problems with the key, I could come back. Definitely recommend and will be coming here again if I need a key cut.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Fast service. They had a blank of a really old key model that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Very professional and friendly service. I had issues cutting Keys at Home Depot but these guys had the keys i needed and the prices are very reasonable. Only downside is the hours and not open on a weekend but the service is definitely a 10/10

I first went to Home Depot (not Knowing about this place) looking to have a special key cut for a mailbox. They turned Me away saying that most places won't be able to duplicate this type of key due to it's rarity.My Friend then searched for key cutting places in the area and We found Super Key.Within 5 minutes They had found a match and I had a copy made. They were very Friendly & Knowledgeable, Acknowledging that since it was a special type of key, there was a slight Possibility the key won't work.They told Me upfront to simply keep My receipt if the key didn't work and They would give Me a refund (I Appreciate this level of transparency in General).I went back to the mailbox and the duplicate They had produced worked even better than the original copy.This will be My go to place to recommend + get keys cut for Myself, Friends & Family, and anyone reading this review :)

Needed a condo key copied, came here after going to 4 other locksmiths who couldn't get it done right. SUPER KEY was the only one who could get it done. The lady who cut the key for me was very friendly and they said if it doesn't work to bring it back to them. For sure I will be back for me other lock related needs.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Interesting products, too. I was referred there by a Home Depot staff who couldn't cut a specialty key for me, but Super Key did. They also have priority parking for their customers which was greatly appreciated on the rainy day that I went there. Would certainly recommend it to someone looking for unusual keys.
